Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.
- If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
- Address and contact details can be modified only before the order leaves our warehouse. We are unable to modify the items in an order once placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may be due to:
- Unavailability of stock
- Pricing or product description inaccuracies
- System errors or misprints
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
To process a refund:
- You must provide proof via photos or videos of the entire package opening (without breakage or tampering).

- Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds Not Applicable In the Following Cases:
- Products have been used or tampered with
- Orders placed during offers, discounts, or special sales
- Returns initiated beyond the 7-day period from delivery
- Issues related to personal allergies, skin reactions, dislike of fragrance, or color variations
We recommend thoroughly reviewing the ingredients list and performing a patch test to avoid any unknown allergies.
